Summary
What If Spider-Man was born in the DC universe and had to move to Smallville? His origin story would be the same. But he been Spider-Man for a Year and a Half, he and his Aunt has to move to Smallville. This take place in the middle of Smallville Season 2. There 2 reason to why they move to Smallville.
Reason 1, Ben's death did some damage to their home. They can't afford it, so May has some family or more like one, her sister.
Reason 2, Gwen's death broke Peter and yes the Osborn's are here and Peter says his goodbye to Harry. But Harry thinks Spider-Man kill his father.
Also Madam Webb will be his Jor-El, Peter will be told that he is Part Kryptonian mix with his Spider mythology. Peter will have Spider and Kryptonian mythology.
This will play like an episode by episode, but Chapter 1 will be like a episode 10.5.
Also I'm working on this Story with JS2H, I came up with the Idea. She doing most of the Writing. But it's a team effort.

Summary
This is the better MCU, I'm fixing the MCU from ground up.
CANON: Phase 1 to 3, early Phase 4 (that Wanda Vision and everything in between to Multiverse Of Maddness), Moon Knight, Defenders, Thor 4, Guardians Of The Galax vol. 3, Black Panther 2, Deadpool and Wolverine, Captain America 4, Thunderbolts/New Avengers, and Fantastic Four.
Semi cannon: She-Hulk, Daredevil Born again, and Werewolf by night.
Not canon: Miss Marvel, the Marvel's, Agatha, Ant-Man 3, the official Brand New Day, and Official Doom Day.
If I missed any, then it didn't matter enough to make to my list. Sorry I did some and it was your Favorite. Also if you Favorite made it to Not Canon. I'm sorry, but that shit is trash and I can do better. Anything at brand new Day and after is not Canon. Your welcome.
