After catching Norman Osborn's attention at a Gotham charity gala, Tim Drake is offered an internship at Oscorp. Before he can refuse, his parents accept the offer for him.
Spending the semester in New York wasn't part of Tim's plan, but neither was secretly investigating Oscorp's possible ties to the League of Assassins while keeping up with school, an after-school internship, and regular reports back to Batman. He's determined to prove he can handle the assignment on his own.
Things only get more complicated after Tim follows a League assassin into a restricted laboratory and walks away with powers no one should have.
As New York's newest masked vigilante starts making headlines, Tim has to juggle his new abilities, uncover whatever Oscorp is hiding, and make sure Batman never finds out that the mysterious Spider-Man swinging around Manhattan is actually Tim, and survive Tony Stark's relentless curiosity after Iron Man decides New York's newest hero is far too interesting to ignore.
