Summary
Bakugo didn't want to run an inspection of the facility. It always made his skin crawl, the way people talked about others like property. It pissed him off more that the omegas there just accepted it.
It was supposed to be an easy in/out inspection. That was, until the wall exploded. What was assumed to be a kidnapping, was quickly revealed to be an escape. Along with which an entire underground plot would be uncovered.
Now, Bakugo has to deal with helping an omega find himself in a system that just wants to overrun him while also trying to uncover the ring that had put him there in the first place.

They circled each other, eyes locked. The redhead breathed heavily, still holding strong. His form screamed alpha, but something didn’t add up. There was no scent. No spike of aggression. Nothing. Even less than a beta. Everything about him, didn’t fit.
“Stand down!” he barked. The command carried weight. The alpha command pressed into instinct. The reaction was instant. The redhead froze. And in that single fraction of a second, Bakugo felt it.

Focused on the interpersonal dynamics of the Crimson-Recluse family, from Roose's childhood leading up to just before his death.
Roose clutches the clamshell phone between both hands, staring down at it in case Uncle Cas calls back. After a few minutes of that, though, the rain starts to pick up again and Roose wonders if he's allowed to hide in the car even if a stranger doesn't show up. Eventually he decides that Uncle Cas is more likely to be annoyed at him for not doing it and sitting in the cold rain because he's unsure than he is for him to do it even if he hadn't been told to. Uncle Cas though good problem-solving skills were important. It was one of the things he grumbled about when he saw someone struggling with something silly that he thought someone Roose's age would be able to figure out.
It's still cold in the car but the seats are mostly intact and the passenger side door blocks a lot of the wind.
He hopes Uncle Cas comes soon.
But the drive to Uncle Cas' house is so long he always falls asleep on the way there. A violent shiver runs through him, his teeth clacking hard together. It makes more sense for Ma to find him first.

The American government collapsed under the powerful politicians who were not a major part of the government body. That’s how the republic of Orion was established. Through terrorism.

His tea forgotten, Bakugo crossed the common room and rounded the couch. Izuku was hunched over the coffee table, muttering under his breath. Recovery schedules covered in frantic notes were spread out in front of him, each one labeled with a different classmate’s name. Of course the damn nerd would neglect his own health for the others. Bakugo’s chest tightened for some stupid reason he refused to look at when he saw three sheets dedicated to him.
