So the reader has a name since I am stupid and read Y/N as Yinu, but will be read in the second person. Also, reader is a she, because I don't know how to write from men perspective.
You are a hermit, sorry, you spend 99% your time at home and the other 1 percent going out, very very rarely. One day you receive a box and open it, inside are adorable Bitty Dolls, which you place around your desk, but then you start to notice something- for one, your apartment is clean, like move-in day clean! Two: your dolls are being moved around- the toilet, inside the fridge, next to your pillow- very creepy! And three: they might be alive?

Summary
So, the general idea of this fanfic is that Chara never commits suicide and because of it they are still alive when the other humans come to the Underground.
They still hate humanity, but nevertheless aren't willing to commit suicide as they don't wish to leave their family behind, even if that selfishness means Monsters remain trapped in the Underground.
Then four years into their era the second of the eight humans arrives to the Underground, the one who arrived didn't trust Monsters and had in fact come to confirm whether the first human was dead, the fact that they weren't may be the only reason some peaceful resolution can be attained one day...unlikely, however.

An Undertale AU based on the concept of a second human falling underground shortly after Chara did so. This second human is named Kassien, a self-insert human OC, whose presence in the Underground will shape the future of humans and monsters. Originally intended to be a simple little yumeship fic between Kassien and Asriel, this developed into a genuine story with deep emotional and psychological themes that eventually manifests in a new world for monsters both before and beyond the events of Undertale as a video game.
If you are familiar with Undertale lore, you may know what direction this story is going. If you’re not, have fun! This story is intended to be readable for those who don’t know Undertale. Let’s hope I’m good at writing!
