Fire as hell idea, love a classic seperated/altered origins tmnt fic. I really appricate how the characters change as a result of the shift, like stockman has a slightly less brash and egotistical personallity because of the responsibilities he has with rasing a son. And like donnie is still very sweet and smart, but he deffinately has a slightly more laidback and michevious attitude from having very little sociak interaction. Im so excited to see where this goes. Only ch 1 avalibale rn bit id love to read more

I love crossovers between the Turtle verses, well, at least the 2003, 2012 and Rise verses and this is a really good one. The contrast between Splinters is very poignant. So are the realizations that 2012 verse Splinter about his own children and parenting. It is done very well without vilifying anyone. Great story!!!

Leo sometimes causes problems for fun, and he likes to see what trouble he can get away with or get himself out of, and he is a downright menace to society when he’s bored—but he’s good. He’s sweet, and charming, and wants to help.
Leo wouldn’t have raised an issue with the other group of mutants, potentially cutting ties with useful allies, unless he had a decent reason to.

Mikey had no idea when it got this bad.
It had started 2 months ago, with choking at a dinner. A piece of beef had gotten stuck in his food pipe. It was easy enough to deal with at the time, hen it started happening more frequently, almost every meal every day.
After a while, it started to really hurt. The more it happened, the more sore his throat was left. And the more sore it was, the more it felt swollen and achy. The more raw it felt, the more painful every meal was. That made getting the food down significantly harder too, having to work around all of the puff.
"Lay it on me doc!" Mikey says with fanfare. He leans back against the arm rest of the couch, moving his legs out to the side. The back of his hand dramatically flared out against his mask. "How long do I have? Please, Doctor, my wife and dau-"
"You have an auto-immune condition." He said, "I don't think you'll ever be able to eat normally again."
