And in the ghostly light of the streetlamps, it was easy for Violet to see why the neighbors had such an easy time looking down on him.
Harry's jeans were torn and dirty, his T-shirt baggy and faded, and the soles of his trainers were peeling away from the uppers. His black hair was sticking up at odd angles all around his head, as it had always done, giving him look of general unkemptness. This is the fifth part of my (for the most part) canon-compliant rewrite of the Harry Potter series, told from the perspective of a character that doesn't exist. Violet Potter is Harry's twin sister. This is, as faithfully as I can make it, the story of what would happen if she were there.

This story begins 30 years before the HTTYD 1! I enjoy stories with a middle-aged man as the main character :)
