Summary
In the middle of the aftermath left by life-shattering trauma, Sirius finds Remus, someone who understands better than anyone else ever could. And together, they take turns putting each other back together again when the nightmares of their pasts try to tear them apart.
(Note: the Non-Con and Violence tags are only there as trigger warnings and indicate PAST and ATTEMPTED events. This does NOT occur between any of the main characters and is ABSOLUTELY not glamorized.)

Summary
In Dued’s defense, he didn’t ask for this. Hell, he was more than content working his slightly-above-minimum-wage job while living in a small apartment with his college sweetheart, Harlem, until they could both get on their own two feet and finally start a life for themselves together. Contrary to popular belief, he enjoyed the mundane life, nights spent reading his favorite book on the ratty couch of their apartment while Harlem made extra cash streaming video games, days spent surrounded by the salivating smell of pizza and the chatter of hungry customers at the pizzeria Dued worked at.
In Dued’s defense, he didn’t ask to be snatched up by fate itself and thrown into his favorite storybook, with the only way out being to rewrite the ending to give the main characters the happy ending they deserve.
In Dued’s defense, he didn’t ask to be labeled a “hacker” throughout it all.
To be fair, though, when have things ever gone his way? And while he’s here – why is he blue!?

Or: Polydevs isekai au and Dued’s no good, very bad experience of navigating a world that shouldn’t exist.
