RK900 was assigned to assist the DPD and FBI with their elimination of any remaining "Deviants". However, to do this he must work with his less-than-ideal partner Gavin Reed. The two form... some sort of bond... that's for sure.
Story follows Post-canon after a successful Machine Connor ending. (Although there will be plot inconsistencies to allow creative liberty.)

Gdy Evelyn ginie w tragicznym wypadku, jej brat dokonuje niemożliwego i przywraca ją do życia w ciele androida. When the first ever RK-900 model goes completely haywire, Connor is reactivated in order to hunt it down.
The RK-900 needs the valuable information about deviants stored in Connor’s head. It captures him after a very unfortunate chase.
Held against his will, Connor is stuck, with nobody to save him.
At least Nines is tormenting him instead of humans.

RK-900 kidnaps Connor and takes a sick interest in trying to deviate him. Connor stays, even though he has multiple opportunities to escape, because there's nothing left for him out there. Even if he does capture the RK-900, he'll still be obsolete and deactivated once again. After all, maybe Nines isn't too bad... -

A few months after Markus' victory, things are slowly starting to settle down. Connor, now officially working in the DPD, has a new case! Very normal stuff!
If you can call an android with his legs removed and thirium pumped outside normal, that is. The windows are locked. The door, also locked. The only witnesses are in varying stages of trauma. There is a guy he is sharing a skull with who would get shot for a hint of evidence. As I said, normal stuff.TL;DR: things start okay. Then hit rock bottom. Connor needed time. Time to find a solution to his newfound problem. The issue was, if he were to leave him right here, Markus would be surrounded by his deviant army later and he would never be able to accomplish his mission. He couldn’t kill him so that only left him with one choice: Taking Markus with him.
Or, Connor couldn't shoot Markus and the revolution was successful. So he takes matters into his own hands by kidnapping the leader of the deviants.

Connor doesn't think about the first ever emotions he felt. If he had to guess it would be regret, realization or guilt.
Realization for what he is and what he's doing, the moral weight of it, the rightfulness and the wrong.
Regret for what he had done.
Guilt for what he had put others through.
Now that would be true and those are all emotions he has felt after he broke down those red walls. Those have been the strongest and the most frequent emotions.
But he feels like something else may have been his first ever emotion. The first ever thing he felt.
It must have been way stronger. And way uglier.
