Aster Desmond was a Timekeeper. His inborn duty was to keep the alpha timeline healthy, and ensure it avoided going down a path of ruin. He also had the power to manipulate just about every facet of the timeline, but with no mentor, he was hopelessly inept and alone.

There might be romance and adventure and visits to Aquawa to commit alchemy at the soda fountain. Owell might finally get to show other people the manzai routine he and Buggy came up with last time.
A lot of people bully Buggy in this story. Even Owell starts to feel bad for him and Owell's constantly reminding us how much he hates that guy.
