Summary
Lan Zhan did consider himself lucky. He knew he had lucked out in his marriage, even though it was arranged. They rarely ever argued, and even the few times they did, it wasn’t serious and was resolved within a few minutes.
But Lan Zhan was secretly a huge romantic at heart. He wanted more. He wanted to have proper dates, wanted to have movie nights, wanted to hold hands just because they could. He wanted more intimacy, even if it didn’t match the full extent of his fantasies—the fantasies that had ruined it all.
Lan Zhan wants Wei Ying to be rougher in bed with him, but miscommunication ensues. Things change for the better when he falls sick on Wei Ying's birthday.

Summary
When Wei Ying moves in with Lan Zhan, he worries that it may change their relationship. They’re best friends, but Wei Ying knows they're very different when it came to things that make roommates compatible, such as what constitutes "clean" and "an appropriate bed time".
It turns out that he need not have worried! There’s an adjustment period for sure, but once Wei Ying starts teaching Lan Zhan how to let go and relax a little, things fall easily into place. Despite their differences, they fit together well! In fact, Wei Ying’s never felt so at ease in his life...
