Summary
“Way to ruin a morning,” he mutters as he settles against the headboard in a sitting position and grabs his phone, mentally cursing the universe. Magnus just lays his head in Alec’s lap, his face relaxing a bit as Alec caresses his smooth hair.
Weakened dread fills him when he comes to know who sent him so many messages at this god-forbidden hour. It happens to be Ragnor, with whom his children are spending the rest of the day. Max and Rafe are on a little vacation with Auntie Catarina and Uncle Ragnor, although Ragnor didn’t like to be called an uncle in the beginning, but Magnus persisted, enjoying the vexing of his dear friend up until it turned into fondness for Ragnor.
His overthinking is put to a stop as quickly as it came into being when he takes in the messages, nothing suggesting an emergency, but definitely something interesting and more so funny.
“Who is it?” Magnus asks, his tone hinting that he is wary of the sender.
“It’s Ragnor,” he replies, going through his phone and trying to hide his amusement.
