Summary
The story takes place after "Whispering Stars", part three of the Sam/Martof/Lantash mini-saga for Gateathon. Taking the initiative, Sam brings her boys home in the middle of the night after their unexpected arrival at the SGC so soon after the Apophis debacle, only getting an official okay from Hammond when they are already in the car, setting up a message.

Summary
A collection of three short stories using the prompt for a Sam/Jack fanfic. This work was inspired by the 2025 GATEathon January prompt “stargazing”, so that theme runs through each story to some degree. The February prompt “fishing” also appears.
Story 1: Sam and Jack get to know each other outside the workplace. Takes place just before “Singularity”.
Story 2: The couple that blows things up together can get themselves out of just about any situation. Takes place shortly after “Divide and Conquer”.
Story 3: Jack takes Sam on a special date.
